Every person, proprietorship, partnership or association registered in accordance with the requirements of this subdivision shall be required to reregister at the time of the expiration of the 5-year period set forth in RSA 349:6.
When a member withdraws from or joins a registered partnership or association, RSA 349:2 requires a certificate signed by all members, including the withdrawing or new member, to be filed with the secretary of state within 10 days.
Whenever any member of such partnership or association withdraws therefrom, the partnership or association shall, within 10 days, file in the office of the secretary of state a certificate signed by all members, including the withdrawing member, setting forth the fact of such withdrawal, together with the date thereof.
When a registrant ceases to do business, a certificate stating that fact and the date of discontinuance is required to be filed with the secretary of state within 30 days.
If any person, partnership or association to whom the provisions of this chapter apply shall cease to do business, a certificate setting forth such fact and the date of such discontinuance shall be filed with the secretary of state within 30 days thereafter.
